Founded in 2015, The Nosh Department started with Natalie catering her dentist’s private dinners. Since then it has grown into an eclectic culinary company offering everything from corporate events to private parties and sit-down dinners. Chef Natalie specializes in unique hors d’oeuvres, international cuisine and beverage co-ordination.

Writing about, and educating others on the benefits of healthy eating has been a long-standing passion Natalie enjoys. Chef Natalie is available for recipe development, op-ed pieces and everything in between. Her work has been published in numerous online publications including the Los Angeles Times and the Huffington Post.
